The processing of personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 2 DSGVO is lawful according to Art. 6 DSGVO if one of the following conditions is met:

The processing of special personal data (e.g. health data) within the meaning of Art. 9 para. 1 DSGVO is lawful, in particular pursuant to Art. 9 para. 2 DSGVO, if one of the following conditions is met:

● the processing is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or in the case of actions by the courts in the context of their
● judicial activity is required.
There is no automatic decision making or profiling regarding personal data in the sense of Art. 22 DSGVO.
The operator shall ensure the security of the data in accordance with Art. 32 DSGVO, taking into account the principle of proportionality, by means of appropriate technical measures.
If, contrary to expectations, a violation of data protection occurs, the competent supervisory authority shall be notified in accordance with Art. 33 DSGVO, and the person concerned in accordance with Art. 34 DSGVO.
